Who We Are

Michelle Randall
President, The Juncture Company

Michelle is a powerful ally for powerful leaders. She is an executive leadership coach, author and founder of The Juncture Company, which she leads from her lakefront home in the oak studded hills of California just 30 minutes from the heart of Silicon Valley. From this inspiring location, she works very closely with a select group of leaders in business and government from around the world, as they take their organizations to ever-greater heights.

Michelle understands the complex world of her clients. As an executive, she successfully guided companies into profitable new markets and industry victories. Values-based leadership is fundamental to Michelle. She spent much of her career on this frontier, developing the first environmental building materials product line in the nation. She later served in the novel position of Director of Sustainability with overarching responsibilities in marketing, finance and operations. In hi-tech, she capitalized on her market development expertise by leading marketing at a tablet computer innovator, launching both the company and its product in addition to developing the company's sales channels. In this role, she conducted analyst and media tours giving 100+ interviews for both print and broadcast outlets, which resulted in extensive coverage by major news outlets including the New York Times and Time Magazine.

Michelle's experience spans the globe. She's worked with CEO's from Asia, Africa, Europe and the US, shared black market vodka with young leaders of change in the Soviet Union and traveled extensively through Southeast Asia and Japan. She lived in Germany for years and managed international business contacts for the CEO and Vice President International at Deutsche Telecom, the world's third largest telecommunications company.

Michelle is a co-author of Visionary Women Inspiring the World: 12 Paths to Personal Power (Skyward, 2005). She is also editing and co-authoring a groundbreaking book introducing coaching to visionary political leaders.

Michelle earned her Masters of Business Administration with honors from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and her undergraduate degree is from the University of California at San Diego. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation.

Social Responsibility and The Juncture Community

Responding to Hurricane Katrina! Make a donation to the Red Cross by September 15th, send us your documentation, and The Juncture Company will match your generosity.

The Juncture Company is committed to the values of socially responsible business and incorporates this in all of our daily operations. In addition, we provide opportunities for members of The Juncture Community to come together for greater positive impact in our world.

The Juncture Community has impact!

The Juncture Company is proud to have matched your donations to Tsunami relief throughout January. As a community we donated $8130 that will arrive in the form of much needed medical & rebuilding assistance. Throughout this process, I've been inspired by your contributions - and awed by some children...

One TJC community member told his children about the matching donations and the kids went on to create their own fundraising campaign! They held a lemonade stand and asked for donations door-to-door. One went to his school to raise funds, where fellow children contributed over $100! Then Dad matched their fundraising and TJC matched the total. Through their efforts these kids actively engaged in both their local and global communities, and then saw the power of their work multiplied... Wow.

To what can the engagement of these kids reconnect us? What do we create for ourselves, and in the world, when we go the extra mile to contribute to others?

In closure these words from Margaret Mead, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
