Legacy Leaders™ is designed to transform participants' lives as they move from dreaming to reality.

Legacy Leaders™ I is a 3-month program taking emerging legacy leaders through a decision-making process to fully flesh out their compelling contribution and lifestyle. With this navigating point we craft and execute a transition plan to get from life today to their greatest life.

Legacy Leaders™ II is a guided 9-month process for those participants who are creating new organizations, both for profit and not. Participants will have their dream organizations ready to launch by the end of the program which encompasses organizational strategy, venture funding, comprehensive business planning, and personal leadership. Both Legacy Leaders I and II are individually focused and encourage cross-germination through peer learning.

As CEO, how do you keep your investors, advisors, employees and customers happy through the upheaval that is the daily life of an early to mid-stage company? Oh yeah, and have a life too? The retreat will be a weekend session for entrepreneurs, CEO's of small companies and investors to form a foundation for many months to come. It will focus on processes to enhance authenticity, relationships and share personal experiences and learn from one another. When it is over, the executives will go home as part of a new community with which they can share ideas and issues.
